What is Probate?

Probate is the legal process of administering a deceased person's estate. This typically involves:

  • Validating the will (if one exists)
  • Applying for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
  • Collecting and valuing assets
  • Paying debts and taxes
  • Distributing the estate to beneficiaries

Our team ensures that every step is handled professionally and in full compliance with UK law.
